If you’d like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we can help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or for a refund to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return/exchange shipping costs are not covered
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate an in-person return or exchange, visit Gilligallou at 14 Mill St #3, Almonte, ON K0A 1A0. Bring your item in its original packaging, your receipt, and your original payment method.
To initiate an online return or exchange:
- Email us at email@example.com or call us at 613-461-7333. Include your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- We’ll email you the return shipping label. Print the shipping label and repackage the order, then mail it using your preferred carrier.
- Once the package is received:
- Returns: you will receive a refund within 14 days.
- Exchanges: your new product will be shipped within 7 days, and you will receive an email that includes your tracking information. If there’s a balance remaining, we’ll refund or request the difference as needed.
