If you’d like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we can help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return/exchange shipping costs are not covered
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate an in-person return or exchange, visit Gilligallou at 14 Mill St #3, Almonte, ON K0A 1A0. Bring your item in its original packaging, your receipt, and your original payment method.
To initiate an online return or exchange:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 613-461-7333. Include your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- We’ll email you the return shipping label. Print the shipping label and repackage the order, then mail it using your preferred carrier.
- Once the package is received:
- Returns: you will receive a refund within 14 days.
- Exchanges: your new product will be shipped within 7 days, and you will receive an email that includes your tracking information. If there’s a balance remaining, we’ll refund or request the difference as needed.
