Remember How Awe Inspiring Nature Truly is!
Canada’s natural heritage is certainly rich with wondrous flora, fauna and spectacular landscapes. During National Wildlife Week, the Canadian Wildlife Federation (CWF) hopes to remind us how awe-inspiring nature truly is, and inspire you to help them #ConserveTheWonder.
Celebrate and promote the cause of conservation in Canada. There are lots of ways you can join the celebrations!
- Organize a planting party and plant native trees, shrubs and grasses to create bird and animal friendly habitats. (A local nursery may be willing to donate for the event)
- Put up bird feeders and nesting boxes
- Plan a community nature walk through a nearby forest
- Adopt a nature trail
- Choose an outdoor site and pick up any garbage you find
- Make a donation to CWF
