Awareness Wednesday in the Wilderness
Awareness Wednesday in the Wilderness
aka…………….aww what it’s all about
The soulful experience of birding.
The discovery, the awakening of your taste buds and full day of personal recovery, reconnecting and detaching from stresses of daily life.
Together we will experience early morning hours in the wilderness birding, using sight and sound to guide us through the calming energy of the forest, as time, stress and pressure of life begins to slip away you will be introduced to an hour of mind, body and movement of a gentle forest yoga. This will help reconnect you with your senses and the gifts of our natural environment, settling you back into that beautiful stillness within.
After hours of sight, sound and movement of spiritual wilderness energy it is time to engage your taste buds with a “good ol’ round the camp fire” meal, sharing your experience with old and new friends.
During lunch and the hour following your time will be your own to explore the many trails, read, have a nap or visit.
As a symbolic conclusion for your Awareness Wednesday in the Wilderness you will be guided through personally creating a meaningful memento. By keeping your creation with your personal belongings this day’s energy and memories will always be with you.
